Registration Process & Terms

1. Registration Fee
Complete the online registration form with personal details and pay a registration fee of ₹5,100.
2. Registration Confirmation
After successful payment, a unique Application Number will be generated as proof of registration.
3. Site Visit
Customers registered up to 5 November 2026 will be invited for a project site visit. Visit details will be shared through registered contact details.
4. Scheme Benefit
The first 50 eligible confirmed bookings will receive an additional benefit of ₹1,51,000, subject to applicable project terms and conditions.
5. Refund After Site Visit
If not satisfied after the site visit and not proceeding with booking, customers may request a full ₹5,100 refund by emailing info@propchowk.com from their registered email address. Processing is stated as within two working days after verification.
6. Refund Without Site Visit
Customers who do not wish to attend may also request a full refund by emailing info@propchowk.com from their registered email address. Processing is stated as within two working days after verification.
7. Adjustment Against Booking
If the customer proceeds with property booking, the ₹5,100 registration fee will be adjusted against the applicable booking amount.
8. Refund Requests
Applicants must provide their Application Number and necessary details for verification and processing.
9. Customer Acknowledgement
By completing registration, the customer acknowledges these terms and conditions.
